Yoga and guided Meditation

Every day during the Retreat we will lead yoga and meditation sessions, opening the opportunity for you to deepen your practice:

  • Yoga classes and workshops. These will include daily hatha, vinyasa or restorative yoga classes, along with additional workshops (such as posture/alignment or arm balancing)
  • Guided meditation. We will start each day with a 45 minute meditation before breakfast, exploring different parts of the practice:
    • Trataka, a tantric technique and yoga purification practice that involves staring at a single object, such as a candle
    • Kapalabhati, a breath-based cleansing practice
    • 61 Points of Relaxation, a body/spatial awareness meditation
    • Witness meditation, a way to draw awareness from the outer world into the inner world


These will be scheduled throughout the week, and will take place per the published daily schedule.
